Dune 17 in Wangerooge

Good service but just average food. The pasta only had a tablespoon of sauce, the lettuce leaves were much too big to be eaten and there was generally a lack of the courage to season.

Great offer, delicious cuisine and a lot of friendliness, despite the off-season and corona.

The food was delicious and the service courteous. Thanks to the radiant heaters and the privacy screens, the walls can withstand cool temperatures.

You can actually say a lot about it. Food was great, cocktails were perfect, service super friendly. Definitely worth a visit!

Nice service, nice ambience, good quality of the food. Short waiting time between ordering and serving the food. Gladly again. P.S. I haven't eaten kale in a long time. Delicious!

Simple, not very cozy location outside ... The tables were glued and the service was short and sweet ... the currywurst, which is always available from 12 noon to 6 p.m., tasted good, but you had to look for the sauce. .. at most 2 tablespoons ... the fries weren't particularly tasty ... you don't have to have them again ... unfortunately only 3 stars ...

Dune 17, located in the heart of the village of Wangerooge, was unfortunately a not so nice experience. Due to Corona, the menu was not presented properly, but you should load it onto your mobile phone using a QR code. The waitress gave the impression that everything should be done quickly, quickly, and the food was mediocre. The plaice fillet only had the end pieces, the schnitzel was dry and the paprika sauce was stingy. The quality didn't match the price. Unfortunately....

That was a very nice evening in the Dune 17. Ate very tasty, great drinks (tried various schnapps) and super nice staff. We will definitely be back in April 👍

Of the 4 people we ate there today, 4 people were disappointed. The spaghetti Bolognese, however, was the worst. Canned spaghetti taste comparable. One star is still too high in our rating. They should rethink their way of cooking.

We were yesterday for the second time in the restaurant and the waitress was able to arrange our faces directly and brought and the drinks. We received a very friendly welcome on both days and were very well served. The drinks were always fresh & the food was very good! We can recommend the dune 17 and will definitely go there for a third time in the next week. Thank you so much ! :-)

"Conveniently located" in the pedestrian zone, friendly service, no long waiting times. The food is ok, but nothing more. There are better alternatives nearby.

Great eaten, nice service! The clocks tick differently in Wangerooge. The restaurants open and close according to your mood, which is why we ended up here as an alternative. The quality of the food was extremely good. I had the chilli and lime tagliatelle with prawns and was more than satisfied. The wine was ok, the service was super nice and, despite the large number of people, tried hard and quickly.

First of all, friendly service, nice atmosphere and reasonable prices. Unfortunately there was an "accident" with one of the many three-legged tables & the hardly drunk wine spilled over. In the end, this was billed twice. On a nice hint that the tables tilted a lot, there was not even an apology regarding the double billing. Too bad. Be careful with the tables, otherwise recommended.

One of the most inconspicuous, but surprisingly high quality restaurants in Wangerooge. From the service to the drinks to the food, the stay was unsurpassed in our one-week stay and I have no choice but to recommend this restaurant without reservation. Great class!

Dune 17 is in the middle of Wangerooge's pedestrian zone. In addition to normal tables, you can also dine in the beach chair. The corona rules were followed, so you had to give name and co. The food was actually quite good. With the french fries it shouldn't be that difficult either. The matjes were good, the salad tasted good too. With the salad one has to say that more love and more work should be invested. The salad consisted of a whole head, which was poured with dressing. As a result, there were still enough grains of sand in it that ultimately ended up in the stomach. But as I said, it tasted anyway. The service was nice and quick, by the way. You cant complain.

Great food, great service. Delicious salad and home made dressing, had pork slices with Nudels. Good pricing.
